We hope you had a nice summer!  The 2011-2012 school year is about to start!  We are looking forward to another great year!  Here are some important dates:

Fall Registration - August 14 to August 27

Fall semester - September 6 to January 29

Spring semester - January 30 to June 17

Summer semester - June 25 to August 31

 

Please let us know about your availability during the school year by filling out the following.  Please be certain of your schedule before you let us know, because once we schedule the lessons, it's difficult to change it.  Ideally, we would like to have the information by August 20, but at the latest by August 27.  You may still sign up after August 27, but we cannot guarantee your spot.

You may fill out only one form per family for more than one student if the schedule is the same.

There are also going to be some changes to our policies this year.  We will be requiring a credit card number in order to register for lessons.  Your card WILL NOT be charged, but we will need the information to be put on file.  If at any time during the school year, you have an overdue balance past 60 days, your card will be charged the full amount owed and a late fee.  Please note that a credit card number is required information and you will not be signed up for lessons unless you have a credit card number on file with us.  We will take every measure to ensure that your information will remain safe and private with us.  Please also note that this is a secured page to pass this information to us as well.

In an effort to keep lessons cost down, we will not be accepting credit card payments as a regular way to pay for your invoices.  However, we will be able to set up recurring billing as a method of payment.  Your account will be deducted the amount on the invoice on the 18th of the month.  More on setting up recurring billing coming soon.  Of course, you can still pay with checks, cash, or online with the Intuit Payment Network.
